Several city code and deed restriction violations have been brought to the attention of the CHCA. It is the associations intention to maintain a positive appearance of the neighborhood and keep Cherry Hill a safe and desirable place to live. Some of these concerns are safety hazards that may affect you or the neighbors around you, including children who are trying to get to the bus stop. Please be mindful of these concerns and correct them if they're happening on your property.
