Annual Civic Association Dues

Have you paid you annual civic association dues yet? The CHCA relies the collection of these dues, paid by homeowners in Cherry Hill, to fund sponsored activities in the neighborhood. CHCA is a non-profit organization. 100% of your dues goes directly to support the neighborhood and its residents. Due's for 2019 are due now. Your annual civic association dues go toward:

- Maintaining the Cherry Hill signs and landscaping at both entrances to the neighborhood.

- Supplies for the annual Easter Egg Hunt.

- Advertising for the community garage sales.

- Food and supplies for the annual outdoor meeting.

- Signs around the neighborhood to advertise community events.

- USPS P.O. Box maintained by the association to receive official correspondence.

- Other items deemed necessary by the association board for the good of the neighborhood.
